How much does real estate photography cost in Charleston?
At Charleston Media Group, HDR listing photos cost $275 for homes up to 2,000 sq ft, $325 up to 4,999 sq ft, $425 up to 5,999 sq ft and $550 above that. Drone, twilight and Zillow 3D tours are $150 each. Photo and video packages start at $400. See every price.
How fast are listing photos delivered?
Listing photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot, usually the next morning, sized for the MLS and full resolution for print. Listing videos are delivered within 48 hours.
Can photos, video, drone and a 3D tour be done in one visit?
Yes. Everything is captured in a single appointment, so the seller prepares the house once. Twilight photos are taken at dusk the same day or on a separate evening.
Is your drone pilot licensed?
Yes. Barry Cunningham is an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot. Before each shoot we check the address for controlled airspace and request FAA authorization when it’s needed.
Do you charge a travel fee?
No travel fee for shoots within an hour of Johns Island, which covers most of Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester counties. Farther out, we add $50 for drive time.
What areas do you cover?
All of greater Charleston, including Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Johns Island, James Island, West Ashley, Daniel Island, North Charleston, Summerville, Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island, Folly Beach, Isle of Palms.
